KidneyCare:365, part of Fresenius Kidney Care, serves the Camp H M Smith community by providing essential education on kidney health and disease management. Our program is designed for individuals newly diagnosed with kidney disease, caregivers, or those preparing for dialysis, offering vital insights into managing chronic kidney disease (CKD). Participants will gain knowledge about the symptoms and stages of CKD, nutrition tailored for kidney health, emotional support strategies, and available treatment options, including home dialysis. With accessibility in mind, we offer classes in various formats—online, via video conference, phone call, or in-person—ensuring that everyone can take part in this important educational journey.
