At the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Eleele, HI, we are dedicated to nurturing a new generation of advocates and educators committed to building a food system that is socially, environmentally, and economically just. Our transformative program promotes hands-on learning in organic food systems through a comprehensive, tuition-free training model. Fellows engage in a six-month immersive experience at our farm, where they learn to cultivate diverse crops, run educational initiatives, and enhance community food access. Through collaboration with local non-profits, they implement innovative solutions such as community gardens, farmers markets, and food literacy education in schools. Our mission is to empower these emerging leaders to create lasting impacts in their communities, ensuring that healthy food is accessible to all.
