The Meal Support Program in Eleele, HI, is dedicated to providing free, readily available, and eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals over 16 who are at the outpatient level of care. Our sessions take place four times daily, offering safe and supportive virtual group meals where participants can nourish their bodies while receiving care from trained nutrition practitioners who are working towards their CNS certification. We create a welcoming atmosphere for those in the recovery process, encouraging individuals to attend as many sessions as they feel fit within their schedule. While we focus on empowering individuals to engage in meal support, please note that we do not provide crisis intervention; for immediate assistance, we recommend reaching out to appropriate crisis services.
