Each ready-to-eat meal includes a balanced hot entrée complete with starch, protein, and vegetables, alongside fresh fruit or a cold dessert, a cold salad, and a choice of milk or juice. Meals can be picked up daily from 11 a.m. to noon for lunch and 4 to 5 p.m. for dinner, or delivered directly to homebound seniors, including those facing medical challenges, from Kaimukī to Waimānalo, and soon in Kailua. Through our partnership with the Hawaii Meals on Wheels program, we extend our support to qualified seniors who are unable to shop or cook for themselves. We are committed to ensuring that every senior in our community has access to nutritious meals and the dignity of independence.
