Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is a vital free food assistance program in Fort Shafter, HI, dedicated to supporting low-income families who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or caring for children under five years old. Our mission revolves around fostering healthy food habits and ensuring that families have access to nutritional resources. WIC provides essential supplemental foods, nutrition education, and breastfeeding support to empower women and nurture children. We invite eligible participants to visit us or schedule an appointment, with services available Monday through Friday, on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, and extended hours on the 4th Thursday until 8 p.m. Together, we strive to build a healthier future for our community's families.
