At the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) program, located in Fort Shafter, HI, our mission is to foster healthy eating habits among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as their infants and children up to five years old. We provide invaluable services that include nutrition assessment and education, breastfeeding promotion and support, health and social service referrals, and supplemental food assistance. In response to COVID-19, we are committed to serving our clients through phone consultations, ensuring that every family can access the support they need during these challenging times.
