About Congregate Dining Program
The Congregate Dining Program in Haiku, HI, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors aged 60 and older by providing not only nutritionally balanced meals but also a vibrant social atmosphere. Our initiative fosters community through a range of engaging activities including arts, crafts, health and wellness sessions, exercise classes, and nutrition education. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adapted our services to ensure safety, offering a convenient home-delivery format where meals are brought directly to clients' homes three days a week. Clients simply need to be present upon delivery. We welcome a $2 voluntary contribution for each meal, supporting our mission to nourish both body and spirit while keeping our cherished seniors connected and cared for.
