The Meal Support Program in Haiku, HI, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a safe and nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals while receiving essential support. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals have the flexibility to attend as many sessions as their schedule permits. Each meal support session is led by experienced nutrition practitioners undergoing training through our Clinician’s Incubator program, ensuring participants receive compassionate guidance focused on their healing journey.
