Located in Hana, HI, the Molokai Community Health Center's WIC program is dedicated to supporting the health and nutrition of Women, Infants, and Children up to the age of five. This free health and food assistance program offers critical resources such as nutrition assessments, education on healthy eating, and breastfeeding promotion. Participants also receive essential referrals to health and social services, along with supplemental foods to ensure their dietary needs are met. To qualify, families must meet income guidelines and demonstrate a medical or nutritional risk. We are committed to fostering healthier futures for our community's youngest members.
