Located in Hanalei, HI, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome, along with their families and caregivers. We understand the challenges that arise at the time of diagnosis, which is why our Family Support team offers crucial resources and compassionate assistance, including accurate information, parent mentoring, nutritional education, and meal planning strategies. We also provide behavior management support and guidance through the sometimes complex application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
