Located in Hanalei, HI, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission focuses on proactively screening every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them with a variety of tailored weight management services that address their unique needs. We provide an array of support options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! that ensures support right from home. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to help manage weight effectively. Additionally, we offer medically supervised weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may not find success through conventional weight management methods.
