Located in Hawi, HI, the Meal Support Program is designed to empower individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. We provide free and accessible meal support sessions that take place four times daily, offering a nurturing environment for participants to share meals while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. Our virtual drop-in group meals foster a sense of community and safety, allowing individuals to build therapeutic connections with others on similar journeys. Participants can join as many sessions as their schedules permit, enhancing their recovery experience with informed nutritional support.
