MOVE! offers an array of flexible options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! services for in-home support. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, alongside medical interventions such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges.
