In Honaunau, HI, Mobile Food Distribution is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to anyone in need through its compassionate program, Feed My Sheep. Each week, we distribute bags of groceries to those facing food insecurity, ensuring access to quality nutrition without the burden of judgment. Our dedicated volunteers not only offer nutritious food but also lend a supportive ear and prayer to uplift participants during challenging times. With multiple mobile food distribution sites throughout the community, we eliminate barriers by allowing on-site sign-ups—no advance application needed. Our carefully organized drive-through distributions ensure a safe, open-air setting, promoting equal accessibility for all. We also prioritize the wellbeing of seniors and those at higher risk by hosting 'Kupuna time' from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., which features smaller crowds and shorter waits for a more comfortable experience. Together, we strive to create an environment where everyone feels loved and supported during their time of need.
