Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors, located in Honaunau, HI, is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors experiencing financial difficulties, particularly those from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds or residing in rural communities with limited healthcare access. Our program delivers six complimentary wellness kits every two months, designed to promote health and well-being during recovery. Each kit includes essential items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with additional valuable resources.
