Located in Honaunau, Hawaii, the Meal Support Program by Project HEAL provides free and accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals over the age of 16 who are in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can engage in live, facilitated virtual group meals that empower them to enjoy nutritious food while receiving additional emotional support. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, participants have the flexibility to join as often as their schedule allows. All sessions are led by skilled nutrition practitioners who are part of the Clinician’s Incubator training program, on their path to CNS certification. While we focus on nutrition and recovery, we encourage those needing urgent support to reach out to crisis services directly.
