In Honokaa, HI, the Meal Support Program, part of Project HEAL, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating outpatient care for eating disorders. Our live, facilitated virtual group meals create a nurturing environment where participants can come together to share in nutritional experiences while receiving the extra support they need on their recovery journey. We offer meal support sessions four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, allowing flexibility for participants to attend as their schedules allow. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are working towards their CNS certification.
