Located in Honomu, HI, the Meal Support Program empowers individuals aged 16 and older who are at an outpatient level of care to embark on their journey of recovery from eating disorders. We provide compassionate and accessible meal support through live, virtual group sessions that create a welcoming environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals together while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. Our program offers four daily meal support sessions, which include two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, allowing participants the flexibility to join as their schedules permit. Each session is designed to foster connection and understanding, ensuring everyone feels safe and supported as they navigate their recovery. Although this is not a crisis intervention service, we encourage anyone in need of urgent support to reach out to dedicated crisis resources.
