Located in Hoolehua, HI, the Molokai Community Health Center's WIC program is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of women, infants, and children up to the age of five. As part of the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program, we offer essential services at no cost to eligible participants, including comprehensive nutrition assessments, education, and support for breastfeeding. Our program also connects families to vital health and social services, while providing supplemental foods to improve dietary intake. We invite those who meet the income guidelines and have identified medical or nutritional risks to join us in fostering healthier futures for our community's most vulnerable members.
