Through an initial intake process, we assess the specific requirements of both returning and newly identified clients, providing essential assistance in accessing medical care, obtaining HIV medications, securing financial housing support, and utilizing local food pantries. Our team is committed to helping clients navigate health insurance enrollment, food stamp applications, and general assistance resources, ensuring they receive the comprehensive care they deserve. Additionally, we offer emotional and educational support to empower individuals on their journey.
