Ke Ola Pono No Nā Kūpuna is dedicated to enriching the lives of independent Native Hawaiians aged 60 and older across the islands of Hawaii, Kauai, Maui, Molokai, and Oahu. Our program offers vital nutrition and supportive services, providing congregate meals and limited home-delivered meals, along with comprehensive information and referral services. Participants enjoy engaging in cultural activities that celebrate Hawaiian heritage, including hula, language, and history. We prioritize health by offering nutrition and health screenings, education, and counseling, alongside transportation assistance and friendly visits to connect and uplift our kūpuna. With a focus on community and wellness, we provide recreational and social support services, opportunities for physical activity, and volunteer roles that foster intergenerational connections. Through our program, we aim to create a nurturing environment that values the rich culture of our elders while empowering them to lead vibrant, active lives.
