The Kupuna Care Program, serving the Kaaawa community in Hawaii, is dedicated to offering essential long-term care services for elders who may not qualify for other government support or have private care options. Funded by the State of Hawaii, we prioritize the well-being and dignity of our seniors by providing a comprehensive range of services such as transportation, case management, personal care services, homemaker assistance, adult day care, attendant care, and home-delivered meals. Our mission is to ensure that every elder receives the care and support they need to thrive in their community, helping them maintain independence and a quality life.
