Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is a vital resource in Kaaawa, HI, dedicated to supporting low-income families during their crucial early stages of life. Our free food assistance and nutrition program caters to pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as families with children under the age of five. WIC is committed to fostering healthy food practices and provides supplemental foods, essential nutrition education, and breastfeeding support to enhance the well-being of both mothers and their children. We invite eligible families to visit us; our WIC Department is available Monday through Friday and on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, with extended hours on the 4th Thursday until 8 p.m., ensuring you have ample opportunity to access our supportive services.
