Located in Kahului, HI, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families by providing crucial financial assistance. Our program extends help for both medical and non-medical expenses, including medical bills, prescriptions, and durable medical equipment, as well as costs related to home modifications, clothing, and daily living necessities like food and utilities. We also assist with healthcare utilization expenses, such as travel and lodging for medical appointments. Each year, we allocate grants up to $500 per family to ensure that essential needs are met. We review requests on a first-come, first-served basis and aim to process applications promptly. Families can expect to hear back regarding their applications within 15 business days.
