MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Kailua Kona, HI, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities has access to comprehensive obesity screening and personalized weight management solutions. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! service, which allows for in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides the tools needed to manage weight independently. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges despite participating in our program.
