About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Kailua Kona, HI, stands as a compassionate resource for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the complexities of eating disorder recovery. Our initiative offers free, accessible meal support sessions that foster a nurturing environment where participants can share meals in a virtual drop-in format, providing both nutrition and emotional support. With four sessions each day — two for lunch and two for dinner — individuals can choose to attend based on their schedules and needs. Each session is guided by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program who are on their path to CNS certification, ensuring a knowledgeable and supportive atmosphere. While we are here to offer meal support, please note that we are not a crisis response service; for urgent situations, we encourage contacting crisis resources. Join us in creating a safe and supportive space for healing through shared meals and connection.
