Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is a vital free food assistance and nutrition program located in Kailua, HI, dedicated to supporting low-income families during critical stages of motherhood. We focus on promoting healthy food habits for women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have recently given birth, as well as for children up to the age of five. Our comprehensive services include providing supplemental foods, offering nutrition education, and delivering breastfeeding support to ensure mothers and their children thrive. We welcome you to visit our WIC Department, open Monday through Friday and on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, with extended hours available on the 4th Thursday until 8 p.m. We’re here to empower families with the resources they need to lead healthier lives.
