Ke Ola Pono No Nā Kūpuna is dedicated to enhancing the lives of independent Native Hawaiians aged 60 and older across the islands of Hawaii, Kauai, Maui, Molokai, and Oahu. Our program offers vital nutrition and supportive services, including nutritious congregate meals and limited home-delivered meal options, ensuring that our kūpuna receive the nourishment they need. We foster community engagement through cultural activities like hula, Hawaiian language classes, and history, creating enriching experiences that honor our heritage. Additionally, we provide essential services such as nutrition education, health screenings, phone reassurance, and friendly visits, as well as transportation assistance to help our kūpuna remain connected and active. With a focus on physical activity, education, and social support, we encourage intergenerational connections and volunteer opportunities that strengthen our community bonds.
