The Meal Support Program, based in Kalaheo, HI, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals alongside others who share similar experiences. With sessions available four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner options, participants have the flexibility to join based on their schedules. All meal support sessions are led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring a knowledgeable and supportive atmosphere.
