The Selma Schimmel Vital Grant, based in Kaneohe, HI, is dedicated to supporting individuals grappling with significant financial hardships arising from chronic, terminal, or rare medical conditions, including cancer and Huntington's Disease. We offer much-needed utility assistance and grocery assistance to alleviate some of the financial burdens faced by those affected. Participants can access funding for either utilities or groceries, ensuring that immediate needs are met with care and urgency. Our collaboration with Vital Options International and various partner organizations allows us to not only provide vital support through our grant program but also connect individuals with additional resources that may enhance their quality of life during challenging times.
