Based in Kaneohe, HI, the Diversion program is dedicated to helping families overcome housing instability through personalized short-term case management and financial assistance. Our mission is to empower families by guiding them to explore safe housing alternatives that utilize their own resources, keeping them outside of the homeless shelter system. We offer a range of services including case management, financial assistance for housing and utilities, as well as support for food and transportation needs. By working together, we help families create sustainable paths to stability and security.
