Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors in Kapaa, HI, is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors by providing six free wellness kits delivered every two months. Our mission is to assist those facing financial hardships, especially individuals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, as well as those living in rural communities with limited access to healthcare services. Each wellness kit includes essential items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, sleep masks, and additional resources designed to improve overall well-being.
