MOVE! Weight Management Program in Kapaa, HI is dedicated to enhancing the health and quality of life for Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen each Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity on an annual basis, connecting them to tailored weight management options that align with their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of support mechanisms including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, telehealth options through TeleMOVE!, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer to self-manage their weight. For Veterans who may need additional help, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after previous efforts.
