Feeding our Keiki and Kupuna, based in Kapaau, HI, is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity in our community by providing essential food assistance to families and individuals in need. Every Friday from 4:00 to 5:30 PM, we offer a welcoming space at the Honoka‘a Hongwanji Buddhist Temple where volunteers distribute nourishing meals, as well as groceries and fresh produce. Our mission centers on ensuring that everyone, especially our children and elders, has access to healthy food choices, fostering a supportive environment where no one has to go hungry.
