The Meal Support Program in Kaumakani, HI, is dedicated to providing essential meal assistance tailored specifically for individuals navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers supportive and informed meal support sessions that take place four times daily, enabling participants to join two lunch and two dinner sessions each day. Each group meal is facilitated by compassionate nutrition practitioners currently training to earn their CNS certification. We create a safe and welcoming environment, allowing participants over the age of 16 to consume nutritious meals alongside others who share similar experiences. This program is designed to complement recovery journeys, ensuring individuals have access to structured meal times with the encouragement they need.
