The Meal Support Program in Kaunakakai, HI, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. Our innovative virtual drop-in sessions offer a safe and supportive environment for participants to engage in group meals, facilitated by compassionate nutrition practitioners in training. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, we strive to make meal support flexible to fit each individual's schedule. While we focus on building a nurturing space for healing and nourishment, please note that we do not provide crisis support.
