MOVE! Weight Management Program in Keauhou, HI is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission focuses on supporting each Veteran by providing annual screenings for obesity at VA facilities and connecting them with tailored treatment options that meet their individual needs. Our comprehensive program includes group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which offers in-home support through messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer more autonomy, the MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to manage their weight independently.
