The Meal Support Program in Keauhou, HI, offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program provides structured, virtual group meals that create a safe and supportive environment for participants to engage in mindful eating and receive the necessary nutritional guidance. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner times, we encourage individuals to attend as many sessions as they need to foster their recovery journey. Each session is facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are dedicated to providing informed support as they work toward their CNS certification.
