OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to uplifting women battling ovarian cancer in Kekaha, HI, by providing essential support to help them navigate this challenging journey. Our program offers financial assistance packages tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients, which include a $200 grant, $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to ease daily burdens. In addition, we prioritize mental health by offering psycho-social counseling sessions via phone with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling sessions to empower patients with knowledge about their health. We encourage healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of their patients. Our grants are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on funding availability, ensuring that we meet the urgent needs of our resilient community.
