MOVE! Weight Management Program in Koloa, HI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to provide tailored support, including annual screenings for obesity at VA facilities, referrals to specialized weight management services, and a variety of treatment options to meet the individual needs and preferences of each Veteran. Participants can engage in group sessions, receive personalized telephone coaching, benefit from TeleMOVE! for in-home support, or utilize the MOVE!
