Our mission is to ensure that both long-time clients and newly identified individuals receive crucial assistance during their journey. We specialize in linking clients to medical care and HIV medications, while also offering vital financial housing support and access to local food pantries. Our team is committed to guiding clients through the enrollment process for health insurance, food stamps, and general assistance, all while providing emotional and educational support. Please note, in response to COVID-19, we are currently offering services by appointment only to ensure the safety and health of our clients.
