In Kunia, HI, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to fostering healthy eating habits among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission encompasses essential services including comprehensive nutrition assessments, education, and support for breastfeeding mothers, along with critical health and social service referrals. We also provide supplemental foods to ensure that families receive the nutrition they need. In response to COVID-19, we are prioritizing safety by serving clients through phone consultations, ensuring that everyone has continued access to the vital resources they require.
