Located in Kurtistown, HI, the Meal Support Program by Project HEAL is dedicated to providing free, compassionate meal support for individuals aged 16 and older navigating eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals that create a supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals alongside others who understand their journey. With flexible meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can easily fit these sessions into their schedules. Each session is facilitated by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification. While our program is designed to offer supportive nutrition guidance, it is not a crisis support service; for those in need of urgent assistance, we encourage reaching out to dedicated crisis resources.
