The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund, located in Kurtistown, HI, is dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by providing crucial financial assistance for travel needs. Each eligible patient can receive up to $800 per year to cover costs associated with visiting a PNH specialist or obtaining a second opinion. Our program understands the financial strain that medical travel can impose and offers assistance for airfare, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and co-pays for medical visits or necessary tests not covered by insurance. We also allow grantees to travel with one companion to ensure they have the support they need during such important journeys.
