The Molokai Community Health Center - WIC, located in Lahaina, HI, is dedicated to improving the health and nutrition of Women, Infants, and Children up to the age of five through our Special Supplemental Nutrition Program. This essential, federally funded initiative offers critical services at no cost, including comprehensive nutrition assessments, education, and breastfeeding support. We also provide referrals to health and social services, alongside supplemental food assistance to help eligible families meet their nutritional needs. To participate, individuals must meet income guidelines and demonstrate a medical or nutritional risk.
