MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Lahaina, Hawaii, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran in our care for obesity, providing tailored referrals to various weight management services that accommodate individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which connects Veterans with clinicians from the comfort of home. Additionally, the MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to take charge of their weight management journey independently. For those facing persistent weight challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery following the MOVE! program.
