The Women, Infant and Children (WIC) Program in Laie, HI, is dedicated to nurturing healthy food habits among low-income pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to provide essential nutritional education, supplemental foods, and postpartum support to empower families toward better health outcomes. We also facilitate referrals for healthcare services to ensure comprehensive support. At KKV, we offer a welcoming environment where families can enjoy the 'Ohana Play and Learn facility while waiting for their appointments. Our multilingual WIC staff is on hand to assist clients in various languages including Cantonese, Chuukese, Ilocano, Mandarin, Tagolog, Taiwanese Hokkein, Vietnamese, and Yapese.
