Located in Laie, HI, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to fostering healthy eating practices among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission encompasses a comprehensive range of services, including nutrition assessments, educational resources, and breastfeeding support, ensuring that families have the tools they need to thrive. We also provide essential referrals for health and social services, as well as substance abuse cessation programs. Participants are screened for eligibility based on income and medical or nutritional risk, allowing us to deliver tailored supplemental food assistance to those who need it most.
