Located in Laupahoehoe, HI, the Meal Support Program by Project HEAL is dedicated to providing compassionate, free meal assistance to individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the complexities of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our supportive environment features live, virtual drop-in group meals that occur four times daily, allowing participants to choose from two lunchtime and two dinnertime sessions to fit their schedules. Each meal support session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all working towards their CNS certification, ensuring that every participant receives informed and empathetic guidance during mealtime. We believe that recovering from an eating disorder is a journey best taken together, and we are here to foster a safe and nurturing space for individuals as they take each step towards wellness.
