This free program, available in both English and Spanish, equips participants with essential knowledge about diabetes and effective management over a comprehensive 12-month journey. Through six informative e-booklets tailored to various aspects of diabetes care, alongside a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and community resources, we prioritize your health and understanding. Enrollees also have the unique opportunity to engage in our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can connect with ADA experts to ask questions, learn about the critical relationship between diabetes and heart health, and participate in activities that inspire and empower them through their diabetes management journey.
